Mother Ship
A Mothership will be picked that meets the requirements we need in order to operate at our full potential.
We will also take into consideration what area we are going to work in and the size of crew that will have to be accommodated onboard.
For operations with our Subsea Intervention Daughter Craft we can use DP II vessels that are not normally used for diving support.
On many projects we have converted these types of boats by fitting our SIDC and launching davit onboard, while the boats deck will host all our containers full of equipment. ‘Converting’ this type of ship into a diving support vessel means we can sometimes supply it at a lower price, compared to purpose built diving support vessels. This is subject to availability of the vessels and whether they are capable of taking all of our equipment on board.
